365 Day 26

Those of you in Hertfordshire may have heard of a fantastic duo called Pipanellie (as in Pip and Ellie). I had a few rehearsals with Pip but sadly we never got our own duo off the ground due to some massive upheavals we were both going through at the time. Such a shame it didn’t work out as Pip is such a fun person to work with!

This is some footage from our first rehearsal.

365 Day 25

Get in!! I’ve now posted more this month than all other blog posts combined :-D

Today’s offering is my version of Wo Zhi Zai Hu Ni from a while back. The pronunciation is a little off in places, hopefully it’s improved slightly following my recent visit to China!!

365 Day 24

Here’s a final clip from our store opening gig, a snippet of Fever. It was a little chaotic but we managed to get some of the store models joining in which was fun.

365 Day 23

恭喜發財!! Today’s video is an instrumental version of a popular Chinese New Year song for you, I hope you enjoy singing along!!

365 Day 22

Third release of Lisa Polson is my video for today! We recorded this for her debut album but decided to release it early thanks to Little Mix doing their version.

I’m probably biased but Lisa has a lot more soul in her vocals plus plays the guitar part too! ;-)

365 Day 21

Day 21 and still going… this is not the full song but part of a rehearsal session I recorded last year. Full song is available in my store though… ;-)

365 Day 20

Another production job today! This is another great track by Aberdeen singer/songwriter Lisa Polson and was her second single release, more info here – lisapolson.com

Hope you like the BVs ;-)

365 Day 19

The Chinese songs seem to be more popular so here’s a little tribute to my favourite city, Hong Kong. It’s a classic track and includes some recent pictures.

Still don’t have access to my full recording equipment yet so the sound is a bit ropey!
